Staying on the 20th floor, the freezing water made my daily shower a real shocker, even after maintenance visits. WiFi dropped more than my hopes of a smooth trip, leaving me frustrated during downtime. Additionally, the hallways and common areas showed signs of neglect, which was disappointing given what I expected. The confusing layout with the Radisson connected nearby added to the chaos. Also, I really wish they had informed me about housekeeping schedules at check-in. learning it wouldn’t be an option felt like a misstep. I struggled with long waits for the elevators, which did little to enhance my experience.

I was there for a national cheer competition and the staff helped us out a lot. Jessica got us an extra room to manage hair and makeup which was a lifesaver

My recent stay offered a great location near the harbor. Enjoyed the delicious American cuisine at the Harbor Sports Grill. However, the check-in experience was lacking due to a dirty air conditioning filter and missing amenities. Future guests should check for room essentials before settling in.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor, An Ihg Hotel, and I was truly impressed with my visit. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the harbor. The staff members, especially Omaira and Nicole, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my check-in seamless. The cleanliness of the property stood out, and I appreciated the comfortable beds and amenities in my King Room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful stay here for two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Inner Harbor, making it easy to explore Baltimore. Omaria, the hotel ambassador, was incredibly helpful, guiding us through parking challenges and ensuring our comfort. My only suggestion would be to improve the clarity on parking options, as it was slightly confusing upon arrival.

I truly loved my stay, enjoying the quick walk to the Inner Harbor and the stunning views from my room, which made exploring the nearby historic ships and the National Aquarium so easy and enjoyable.

The King Room was recently refurbished and provided a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally nice, offering assistance whenever needed. While the food options were decent, the pricing, like $12 for only four small pieces of French toast, felt excessive. The location is conveniently near hospitals, making it a solid choice for business travels.

It was just a top selection for a weekend pause in Baltimore with excellent value for money. The towels were clean, which was a relief considering my previous experiences at other places. Make sure to check for local eateries since there's not much info provided by the hotel.

The property was very welcoming and when I walked in it felt like stepping into a different world you know like luxury hits you all at once and the vibe is great plus the amenities were top notch I used the pool and it wasn’t crowded at all which was perfect to unwind after a long day.

It was a bit pricey but considering the comfort I guess it’s an acceptable trade-off.
